1. Who are you & how do I know you're genuine?
I go by E, for privacy reasons, but once I get to know you you'll find out my real name , I'm 21 years old and live in the south of England. I've been selling panties since September 2007, and I love it! I found there was a market for this after a few men on fetish sites I spend time on started asking for my used panties. I checked the web and found a whole community of wonderful female panty sellers! I just love the idea of being desired and this is a way to give back to those who make me feel so good about myself.
You'll notice that I don't show my full face on my site, or give out personal details. This is obviously for my own safety, but if you do want some sort of verification, you can ask for a photo of me posing with a piece of card with anything you want written on it and I will gladly do so.

I run this website completely by myself. I own all the graphics, all photos are of me and taken by me so please do not steal! My webhost is the wonderful servage.net . If you find a bum link or mistake please e-mail me to let me know, as noone checks but myself.
For technical geeks, I 'handcoded' the site in Visual Web Developer 2005. I crop photos (but dont retouch) in Adobe Photoshop and I use an Olympus FE-280 camera to take the photos (sometimes with the aid of a gorrila pod).
3. Why the name Pierced Panties?
It's all in the name, isn't it? I have 7 piercings all together...my ear lobes, both nipples (horizontal), my cliteral hood and my inner labia. It is my kinky secret that only you and I know, along with this website, and I think it makes me unique among the panty selling community.
I suppose you also want to know whether it enhances... well, the nipples are certainly more sensitive now! The cliteral hood is great with a vibrator, but don't make a difference during sex. The labia piercings are mainly for decoration and fun to use BDSM wise, but they do like to get caught and pull on lacey bits which is a great way of reminding me that they're there and that I'm wearing panties especially for you.
As for the piercing
experience. Well, when I got my nipples done I fainted - twice! They were
very painful, but once done they were fine. They still itch occasionally
and are slow to heal as they migrate to a more comfortable position, but
I think they look great - like cherrys on two huge tasty cakes!
My genital piercings were much easier. I had my friend in the room
with me, and the areas were numbed. I had all three done at the same time,
first the hood, then the left labia and the right labia was done last.
They all healed pretty quickly but they did bleed at first - unlike my
nipples. Overall, I love them all, and I love shocking my friends when
they find out my nipples are pierced (I don't tell them about the others!)
as I don't look that sort of girl.

All items are one-of-a-kind, except where stated next to the image, and the item you see in the photo will be the item you recieve - what you see is what you get. As far as items go, I do not normally provide
- Used tampons or period stained panties. This is due to a very unpredicable cycle. Basically, I'm on a hormone treatment to prevent unwanted pregnancies - it is a contraceptive implant inserted under my skin on my left arm and it releases the female hormone progesterone into my system everyday. This causes me to either not bleed at all, or to have very irregular periods. As a result, I cannot offer a reliable enough service at this time for either of these items. However, if anything changes, I will let you know on my home page.

- Anything scat related (apart from scat stained).
- Shoes - because I hate shoe shopping! I'm probably the only woman on the planet, but it's true!

Your privacy is my highest priority. I understand that many of you will require discretion and I am very careful to provide this.
Your details will never be shared with any third party. I do keep your e-mail address and order history as I offer discounts to repeat customers, but I do not pass this information on to anyone.
Packaging and bank transfers will have no reference to Pierced Panties, so snooping other-halfs and noisey banks won't suspect our little secret.
As you can expect, I have my own privacy issues. I do not show my face and will not give out personal details, so please don't ask.
Well, firstly, thanks for choosing me. All you need to do is send me a quick and friendly e-mail at piercedpanties@hotmail.co.uk, stating which style you'd like and any customisations with it, along with your payment method and any photos you'd like with it. If we arrange an order via MSN, I will still require an e-mail for my records.
After you have e-mailed me, I will e-mail you back to confirm the order. Unless otherwise stated on my home page, I try to always respond to orders and e-mails within 24 hours.
Once you have placed an order, this will be confirmed as a decision to purchase from me and prompt payment is expected. If, for any reason you change your mind, you must contact me within 48 hours to cancel the order.
Payment must be recieved within 7 days. If an outstanding payment is not paid within the 7 day limit, your item will go back up for sale and your order will be cancelled. Committing to buy and then ignoring requests for payment counts as an abuse of my services.
I currently accept payment via bank transfer, either by internet banking or telephone, or via a cashdesk in a branch (GBP only).
For internationals, I accept Amazon.co.uk e-vouchers, but the amount must equal the cost which is in GBP. Please e-mail me to confirm this is the payment option you wish to use.
I can also accept gifts, cheques and cash (sent at buyer's own risk) to a PO Box account. Please contact me for information, instructions are quite specific for this method, so please ensure you are able to read and understand instructions first.
I do notaccept Paypal!! Beware panty sellers who says that they use PayPal, Nochex, Google Checkout etc. as many online payment methods do not permit 'adult' payments. If anyone asks you to pay using this method, be sure to check the company's terms and conditions. If in doubt, don't buy!

Postage cost is free for mainland UK and £2 for Europe and the rest
of the world.
If a heavy item is ordered, or if a large number of items have been ordered,
I will try to post them alltogether, this may require me to charge you
extra for P&P. I will inform you via e-mail if this is the case.
Packaging is discreet. As soon as I have finished wearing your panties, I will place them in a ziplock bag to maintain the freshness. Then wrap in tissue paper. Your panties are then put in a plain brown envelope, with a white label with your address hand written on. There is no reference to Pierced Panties on the outside packaging.
If you experience any problems in regards to payment or postage, please e-mail me and I will do my best to sort out your problem.
A common issue that many customers find is that when they recieve their panties, they are not as wet as they had hoped. A tip is to hold your panties over boiling water (such as a kettle) and the delicious smells and dampness will return
Also, any issues you have in regards to the staining/smell of your panties is down to nature. I do, of course, try to satisfy your requests, but in the end, some days my discharge will be strong, and others it is barely there. As a general rule, my discharge is normally pale white in colour and can range from very thin and watery, to thick and stringy. I cannot guarentee which you will receive.

I do not offer refunds. The only time I will consider a refund is if,
for some reason, your order cannot be completed, in which case I will
contact you to discuss either a refund or a replacement item. Partial
refunds may occur if part of an order cannot be completed.
In the unlikely event of any unsatisfaction with your order, please e-mail me first. Explain your problem in a clear and polite manner and I will try my very best to sort it out. I want you to be 100% happy with your order, so that you can cum again and again.
